Installing takes two taps and a scan

Do it at home on Wi-Fi the night before you fly. The eSIM sits dormant on your phone until you land, installing early never costs you validity.

  • You need Wi-Fi or data to scan the code, that is why home is easiest.
  • Your normal SIM stays in the phone. Nothing is removed or replaced.
  • Leave data roaming off until you arrive, then switch it on for the eSIM line.

When does my plan start?

Do I lose my own number?

No. Your home SIM stays in the phone for calls, texts and bank codes.

Can I share the connection?

Hotspot sharing works on our data plans. If a particular plan restricts it, the plan page says so.

What if I run low on data?

You can, but you will need Wi-Fi to do it. Installing at home before you fly is easier and costs you nothing in validity.
