Privacy policy

How we handle your data.

We sell mobile data, not personal data. This page explains exactly what we collect, why we need it, and how to have it deleted.

1. Who we are

PaygeSIM Limited, registered at Avenue House, St. Julian's Avenue, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1WA, is the data controller for the information described here. You can reach our privacy team at info@paygesim.com.

2. What we collect

We keep this deliberately short. In practice we hold three kinds of information:

  • Account details — your name, email address and, if you create one, a password hash. Nothing else is required to buy a plan.
  • Order details — which plans you bought, when, the amount paid and the currency. Card numbers never reach our servers; our payment providers handle them.
  • Technical data — the eSIM identifier issued to you, plus aggregate usage volume so we can show how much data is left on a plan.

3. What we do not collect

We do not log the sites you visit, the apps you use, your message content or your location history. Your traffic passes through the local mobile network in the country you are in, exactly as it would on any other SIM.

4. Why we hold it

Each item above exists for one of three reasons: to deliver the eSIM you paid for, to meet accounting and anti-fraud obligations, or to answer you when you contact support. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

5. Who else sees it

Only the parties needed to make the service work: our payment providers, the connectivity partners who issue eSIM profiles on the local networks, and our email and helpdesk providers. Each is bound by contract to use the data only for that purpose.

6. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it. Support conversations are kept for two years. Everything else is deleted when you close your account, or after three years of inactivity, whichever comes first.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, or object to a particular use. Write to info@paygesim.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer, you may complain to the Office of the Data Protection Authority in Guernsey.

8. Cookies

Our site uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and currency, and measure which pages people find useful. Affiliate links set a cookie so partners are credited for a sale. You can refuse the optional ones without losing any functionality that matters.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change something material we will email account holders before it takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
