Terms and conditions

The terms of using our eSIMs.

Plain wording wherever we can manage it. By buying or installing a PaygeSIM eSIM you agree to what is set out below.

1. The agreement

These terms form the contract between you and PaygeSIM Limited. They apply from the moment you place an order or install an eSIM profile issued by us.

2. What we provide

We provide prepaid mobile data through eSIM profiles that roam on local networks in the destinations listed on each product page. Our plans are data only: they do not include a phone number, voice calls or SMS.

Validity begins when the eSIM first connects to a network in the covered destination, not at the time of purchase. An unused profile can therefore be bought weeks in advance without losing time.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Making sure your device supports eSIM and is not carrier locked before you buy.
  • Keeping your QR code private — each code installs on one device only.
  • Using the service lawfully, and not for spam, network abuse or resale as a bulk service.
  • Keeping your account details accurate so we can reach you about your order.

4. Fair use on unlimited plans

Unlimited plans run at full speed up to a daily high-speed allowance, after which speed is reduced until the allowance resets. The current allowance is shown on the plan before purchase. Tethering is permitted for personal use; sustained commercial-scale traffic is not.

5. Coverage and speed

We depend on local mobile operators. Coverage maps and speeds are indicative, not guaranteed, and can be affected by geography, buildings, network congestion or operator maintenance. Where a network fault prevents your plan working, our refund policy applies.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your selected currency and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is taken in full at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never for a plan you have already paid for.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Unused eSIMs, incompatible devices and unresolved network faults are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Data already consumed is not refundable.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, attempts fraud, or abuses the network. Where we do so without cause, we refund any unused prepaid balance.

9. Liability

We are responsible for providing the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect losses — missed flights, lost bookings, lost business — arising from a lack of connectivity. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Guernsey, and the courts of Guernsey have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Everything about getting your money back is on one page.
